Jussi Havu

Jussi Havu is the current CEO of Glue Collaboration, a post they have held since December 2018. Prior to this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at AImotive from November 2016 to December 2018. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Microsoft from May 2014 to October 2016.

Havu began their career at Nokia in October 2008 as a Senior Manager of Business Development. In this role, they managed and supported over 20 business development projects for various Nokia business units. These projects included buy-build-partner studies, new business assessments, partnering projects, as well as prospective and completed M&A cases. Jussi was also part of Group-wide Nokia Turnaround Project in 2012-2013, driving cash flow improvements through net working capital improvements.

Havu has a long history of experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategy, and communications. Their experience with a variety of companies in different industries has given him the skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective CEO of Glue Collaboration.

After completing a Master's degree in Economics at the Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, Jussi Havu worked in finance before moving into organisational behaviour, HR, marketing, and finance at the University of Canberra.
