Juliet L. Olwala has experience working in various roles since 2005. Juliet L. began their career at Barclays Bank of Kenya as a Prestige Customer Advisor, where they were responsible for sourcing for clients and promoting the company's products and services. In 2006, they moved to Inmobia Mobile technology as Country Sales and Marketing Manager, where they were in charge of Airtel Kenya, Airtel Congo Brazzaville, Airtel Uganda and Airtel DRC. Juliet L. was tasked with creating and updating portals for their assigned countries. In 2008, they joined Royal Media Services as an Agency Business Executive, where they optimized campaigns based on reporting results and evaluated content, coverage, ad positioning, rates and audience composition of all relevant media vehicles. In 2011, they became Regional Marketing Manager at Mahindra Comviva, where they were responsible for staying abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the company and adjust plans accordingly. In 2012, they took on the role of Sales Manager at Adcare Ltd., an Outsourced IT Managed Service Company. Her duties included ensuring sales performance of the team and aiming to meet and exceed targets. Finally, in 2019, they joined Glue Up as Sales Manager- East Africa, where they offered necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales and published go-to-market strategy setting up product positioning, target customers and end users.

Juliet L. Olwala obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the University of Eastern Africa Baraton.
