Gonzalo Enrique López Montiel

Gonzalo Enrique López Montiel has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and technical support. Gonzalo Enrique started their career at Universidad Mexicana, S.C. in June 2012, where they worked as a Technical Support role. Their responsibilities included software installation and configuration, structured cabling, and inventory control. In May 2014, Gonzalo joined HITSS CORPORATIVO as a Software Testing Engineer. During their tenure, they gained experience in functional testing, test methodology, defect tracking and resolution, and testing with mobile applications. In December 2017, they transitioned to Gluo where they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Their roles included agile testing, test case design and documentation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. Gonzalo worked on projects such as "Fiesta Rewards Wallet," "LATAM Parts," and "Manifold." Overall, Gonzalo has acquired a strong foundation in software testing and technical support through their various roles.

From 2003 to 2008, Gonzalo Enrique López Montiel attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba, where they pursued and successfully completed a Grado en Ingeniería degree with a specialization in Administración/Administrador de redes y sistemas.
