Joe Bonacci

Joe Bonacci is currently the CFO at GLY Construction. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Windy City Representatives from January 2008 to November 2012. Joe has also been integral in securing bank financing and grew Affiliated Services to $1 Million in revenue in just over a year.

Joe has a long history of experience in finance and accounting. Joe has overseen month-end financial reviews, maintained operating and investment banking accounts, directed and coordinated debt financing and debt service payments, and managed the preparation of financial outlooks and forecasts. In addition, they have proactively monitored and assessed actual results of projects against budgets established at the onset of the project.

Joe has also been instrumental in saving their previous companies money through their implementation and maintenance of working budgets. Joe has also customized and installed fully cloud-based CRM and ERP systems based on analysis that over five years, cloud-based solution would save the company $250,000 versus on-premise software packages.

Joe Bonacci has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas. Joe is also certified as a CPA.

They are on a team with Tyler Tonkin - Principal + SPM, Mark Kane - COO, and Tim Campbell - Principal + SPM. Joe Bonacci reports to Ted Herb, President + CEO.
