Kerryn Mccluskie

VP, Non-clinical Development at Glycomine

Dr. Kerryn McCluskie has more than 25 years of experience in large and small molecule drug discovery, having held positions at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Theravance Biopharma, Catalyst Biosciences, and Reset Therapeutics. Prior to joining Glycomine, she was the Head of Lead Discovery and Translational Biology at Codexis, supporting all biotherapeutic programs, in both the protein and gene therapy space, for rare diseases. Her translational teams worked on multiple therapeutic programs and heavily contributed to their advancement from discovery to clinical development. In particular, during her tenure at Codexis, one partnered program advanced to the clinic and two internal programs generated important preclinical proof-of-concept data. Kerryn received her BSc in pharmacology from the University of Glasgow and her Ph.D. in pharmacological sciences from Imperial College London. She has authored numerous publications in a variety of disease areas, including respiratory diseases and gastrointestinal disorders, and is named as an inventor on several patent applications.
