Waylon Parham

Waylon Parham has worked in the finance and accounting field since 2001. Waylon began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Auditor in 2001. In 2002, they joined UNC HealthCare as an Internal Auditor, where they were responsible for planning and executing both operational and financial audits. In 2005, they joined Progress Energy as a Lead Business Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for the financial accounting and oversight of Progress Energy Carolinas and its subsidiaries. In 2010, they moved to Quanta Technology as Controller, where they were responsible for all aspects and management of finance and accounting for both domestic and international entities. In 2011, they joined Siemens Healthcare as Senior Finance Manager, where they were responsible for all aspects and management of financial activities for Siemens Healthcare. In 2013, they joined Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as Senior Director, Accounting Operations, where they were responsible for all aspects and management of the general accounting function of the North American entities. In 2018, they joined Altavant Sciences as Corporate Controller, where they were responsible for all aspects and management of the global finance & accounting function. Waylon is currently Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller at Glympse Bio, a role they have held since 2022.

Waylon Parham completed their education history with North Carolina State University, earning a B.S. in Accounting from 1996 to 2000, a MAC in Accounting from 2000 to 2001, and an MBA in Finance from 2003 to 2006.
