Sally Davies

Sally Davies has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sally started their career as an HR Manager at The Commonwealth Secretariat in 2004, where they worked in a generalist role as part of a one-stop-shop HR team. In 2006, they joined Amnesty International UK as an HR Manager before moving to RIBA in 2007. At RIBA, Sally worked as an HR Manager from 2007 to 2012, and then assumed the role of Head of HR until November 2018. Sally'sresponsibilities included developing and implementing HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Head of HR at Glyndebourne since June 2019.

Sally Davies completed their education from 1997 to 2000 at Keele University, where they pursued a Dual Honours Degree in Geography and Social Anthropology.
