Elaine Scheelk, MBA has a wide range of experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Client Service at Attane. Prior to this, they worked at Ascension Living, where they held various positions including Vice President of Business Development and Sales, Vice President of Business Transformation, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. In these roles, they were responsible for leading and coaching sales teams, developing marketing plans, and achieving occupancy and budget goals.

Before joining Ascension Living, Elaine worked as a Sales Associate and Certified Senior Housing Professional at ReeceNichols Real Estate, where they assisted senior clients with downsizing moves and residential real estate transactions. Elaine also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Lifespace Communities, Inc., leading a sales team to surpass census goals.

Elaine's experience also includes working as a Trainer at the Seniors Real Estate Institute, where they presented course material and provided coaching to agents preparing for certification as a Certified Senior Housing Professional. Additionally, they worked as a Realtor Associate and Certified Senior Housing Professional at Coldwell Banker GOOD LIFE Kansas City, specializing in senior downsizing moves, negotiating, and pricing and marketing strategies.

Earlier in their career, Elaine served as the Director of Sales for the sales team at Keller Williams Legacy Partners. Elaine also held the role of Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and consulting real estate professionals. Outside of the real estate industry, Elaine was a Parks and Rec Advisory Board Member for the City of Shawnee, overseeing budget and programming, and worked as a Community Manager at Rodrock Development.

Elaine Scheelk holds an MBA degree and has a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors through their work in the senior living and real estate industries.

Elaine Scheelk earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, as well as Psychology, from North Park University from 1989 to 1992. Prior to this, they attended Drake University in 1988 and did not complete a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. In 2004, Elaine obtained a real estate license through the Kansas Real Estate Commission, focusing on the field of Real Estate. Additionally, Elaine pursued an MBA degree from Emporia State University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business. It is unclear when they started and completed this program, as well as their enrollment in the Executive MBA program at Emporia State University.
