Thomas Jozefiak

Thomas H. Jozefiak is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Glyscend Inc., a clinical-stage startup working on a new approach to treating type 2 diabetes. Prior to this, Thomas H. was the Scientific Founder of Glycologix, a glycobiologics company focused on developing therapeutic solutions for damaged connective tissues. With extensive experience in the industry, including roles at Genzyme Corp and GelTex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Thomas has a strong background in biomaterials science, medicinal chemistry, and product development. Thomas H. holds a PhD in Chemistry and has a postdoctoral fellowship in Materials Chemistry from Caltech.
