Luis Weber

Luis Weber is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in PCI DSS assessments and information security management. Currently serving as Senior Director at GM Sectec since November 2014, Luis leads PCI DSS audits for clients across Latin America and the United States and has developed the QA Security Program to ensure compliance with major industry standards. Previously, as a Principal Security Consultant at Trustwave and Product Manager at Scitum, Luis implemented various security services, including risk management and ISMS in compliance with ISO 27001. Luis also held an Information Security Manager position at PROSA, the largest banking transaction switch in Latin America, and coordinated information security for the National Electoral Institute during the critical 2006 presidential election in Mexico. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
