William Fall

Mr. Fall has over 30 years of engineering and construction experience managing major transportation projects. He is an accomplished professional with a proven ability to direct design and construction projects for government infrastructure; including rail, transit, bridges, tunnels, waste-to-energy facilities, and environmental projects. Bill has been a recognized contributor in guiding a variety of project functions from initial inception to final design and is well versed in design-build and P3 project delivery as well as program management. Some notable projects include $2.8B design-build JFK Light Rail Transit, $2.1B No. 7 Line Extension, $2.1B Goethals Bridge Replacement Project, and $8B East Side Access Project. Bill’s successful completion of projects, along with his interpersonal, organizational, and technical, and management skills have resulted in a highly respected reputation throughout the industry and local transit agencies.
