Arturo Velásquez

Arturo Velásquez is a highly accomplished administration analyst who has worked for Seguros Federal, C.A., GESTALT CONSULTORES SAS, and SEGUROS FEDERAL, C.A. Arturo is currently employed at GM2.

Arturo began their career in 2010 as an analista financiero at Castrol. Arturo quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to responsable de RR. HH. at Seguros Federal, C.A. in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and the control and processing of employee payroll. Arturo also coordinated the selection process of new hires.

In 2019, Arturo left Seguros Federal, C.A. to join GESTALT CONSULTORES SAS as an administrativo contable. In this role, they were responsible for billing and collections from clients, as well as the daily accounting entries. Arturo also determined and presented SICORE, IIBB, and IVA taxes.

Arturo has also worked as an Asesor de Emprendimientos and Especialista de Administración at INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE.

Arturo holds a degree in administration from Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Mr. Velásquez has a technical degree in business administration from IUTIRLA, a certificate in database modeling and storage from the UTN FRBA e-learning center, and certification in Power BI and Python from Udemy. Arturo also completed a course in business accounting from Universidad de Chile and a course in bank reconciliation from Capacitarte. Finally, they have a postgraduate degree in insurance from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
