Sarah James

Sarah James is currently employed as a Regional Organiser at GMB since 2011. Previously, Sarah worked as a Casual TU studies Tutor at Shrewsbury Colleges Group, and as a Customer Service Advisor at Sandwell Council. Sarah also volunteered at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games as part of the Volunteer Protocol Team. With a background in sales and administration, Sarah's varied experiences have equipped their with strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills. In terms of education, Sarah has pursued qualifications in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching, Employment Law, and Equalities.
