Elliot Dean

Elliot Dean has extensive experience in union organizing, serving as a Regional Organiser at UNISON since May 2016, where responsibilities include recruitment, retention, and member organization. Throughout this role, Elliot has provided leadership to branches, developed strategies for workplace organization, and promoted equality in the workplace. Previous positions at UNISON include Area Organiser and Local Organiser, focusing on casework, training stewards, and increasing membership through innovative approaches such as geo-mapping technology. Prior experience as a Union Learning Fund Project Worker at GMB involved managing relationships, developing training programs, and advocating for learning opportunities. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Labour and Trade Union Studies from Ruskin College.
