Thomas Hoyles

Thomas Hoyles has accumulated extensive experience in political communication and community engagement since beginning a career in public service. Currently serving as a Politics, Press, and Research Officer at GMB since September 2017, Thomas has previously held the role of Communications Officer in the Office of Gerald Jones MP, where responsibilities included crafting content for local press and managing social media presence. Prior to that, as a Community Engagement Officer for Stephen Doughty MP, Thomas focused on maintaining strong community ties and supporting local campaigns. Additional roles include Constituency Organiser for the Monmouth Labour Party, Community Engagement Officer for Huw Lewis AM, and various positions within the Labour Party and electoral campaigns. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from Swansea University.
