Lana Kovalenko, CSCP has been working in customer service roles since 2017. Lana began their career at Brighta as a Customer Support Specialist, where they worked until 2021. Lana then moved to GMDH Streamline, where they currently serve as a Customer Success Manager.
Lana Kovalenko, CSCP, obtained their Master's degree in Sociology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv between 2014 and 2020. In December 2021, they obtained the SCPro™ Certification in Demand Planning from the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
