Grace Gugger

Grace Gugger currently serves as a Customer Service Agent at GMHBA Limited since March 2023. Previously, Grace held various roles in the customer service and retail sectors, including Cabin Crew at Emirates from November 2016 to December 2021, Boutique Manager at SWAROVSKI from October 2014 to November 2016, and Regional Manager/Store Manager at Lovisa Pty Ltd from October 2012 to October 2014. Earlier experience includes Assistant Manager and Brand Ambassador at SWAROVSKI from June 2009 to October 2012. Grace completed a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations at Deakin University from 2008 to 2011 after attaining VCE at Kardinia International College from 2001 to 2007.
