Joel Blackburn

Joel Blackburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at GMHBA Limited since February 2020, Joel has previously held key roles including Project Manager at Tribal Group, Support Manager at Sky Software Solutions, and Associate Project Manager at the Transport Accident Commission, where responsibilities included Windows 7 application remediation and production environment transitions.
