Paul Schreiner

VP of Human Resources at GMI

Paul Schreiner is the Vice President of Human Resources at GMI. Paul has over 2 decades of experience in the field, and has been with GMI since 2017.

At GMI, Paul has focused on ironing out compliance procedures and training systems. Paul has also played a key role in significantly overhauling the screening and recruitment process. In addition to the hiring process, they introduced a bi-annual appraisal system, reconfigured key job descriptions and established a more comprehensive merit-based promotion program.

Paul is a firm believer in making the workplace conducive to employees' growth and success. Paul's goal at GMI is to put together more charitable events for the employees and have regular rewards and recognition programs to honor their success.

Paul Schreiner has completed a type of criminal justice program that has POST certification through Rio Hondo College. Paul has also studied business administration and management at both the Pasadena City College and California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

They are on a team with Alan Wagemester - COO, Paul Greenland - VP of Sales, and Ben Cordova - President. Paul Schreiner reports to Laurence Abrams, CEO.
