Sergey Lavrov

Sergey Lavrov is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Deputy Head of the Tax Department at Norilsk Nickel since February 2014, specializing in areas such as tax consulting, transfer pricing, and tax due diligence. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy Head of the Transfer Pricing Division at Rosneft and Director of the Transfer Pricing Department at TNK BP, where Sergey was instrumental in developing transfer pricing methodologies and managing pre-trial tax settlements for a large group of entities. Sergey began his career in tax consulting with TNK and has extensive knowledge in tax litigation, legislative processes, and the implementation of internal control procedures. Sergey holds a Specialist degree in Law from the Higher School of Economics, obtained in 2003.
