  • GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least two days in office presence.
  • This position is based in Seattle, WA 
  • Salary range $80,000 - $90,000

You arean Executive Assistant who knows how to:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative responsibilities for senior leader including: preparing for and coordinating board meetings; developing meeting presentations; coordinating client meetings; scheduling meetings and appointments; managing calendars, drafting and circulating meeting notes; preparing budgets and expense reports
  • Consistently engage as a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Provide leadership to build relationships and manage a variety of firm special projects and initiatives
  • Communicate with senior management on matters related to firm initiatives
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters quickly, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Work closely with the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and handling confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for in-house senior leadership meetings and firm-wide meetings
  • Plan ahead and actively seek opportunities and solutions

You have…

  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, external partners and clients
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and be adaptable to various competing demands
  • Strong work tenure: five (5) to seven (7) years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
