James Lynch

James Lynch, CFA, has a diverse professional background with significant experience in finance and military leadership. Currently serving as a Derivative Operations and Trade Settlements Manager at GMO since May 2017, James previously held the position of Collateral and Derivatives Support Analyst. Prior military experience includes leadership roles as a Combined Anti-Armor Team Commander and Rifle Platoon Commander in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included managing logistics for a substantial inventory and advising military leadership on operational efficiency. James also contributed to education as a Learning Coordinator at Central Texas College and gained early experience at Carpenter & Paterson Inc. as a Summer Intern.
