Shannon Souls

Shannon Souls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and analytics. Currently serving as a Relationship Associate in Global Client Relations at GMO since August 2017, Shannon has held various roles, including Client Relations Team Assistant and Client Reporting Analyst. Prior to this, Shannon worked at Wayfair as a White Label Merchandising QA Analyst from June 2016 to August 2017. Shannon is furthering academic credentials with a Master of Business Administration at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, expected to be completed in January 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sports Management from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, earned in 2016.
