Ishchanova Maryna is an experienced internal communications professional with a strong background in enhancing employer branding and managing corporate communications. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Global Message Services since February 2019, Ishchanova develops strategic internal communication plans, manages the corporate intranet, and coordinates events while overseeing budget and employee surveys. Previously, Ishchanova held roles as PR Manager and Human Resource Manager at VistGroup, where responsibilities included developing the employer brand through CSR initiatives and managing corporate events. Earlier experience includes personnel administration at JSC «Bank «Finance and Credit», where tasks involved overseeing intern processes and maintaining personnel records, as well as a role in an advertising agency focusing on client communications. Ishchanova holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Kyiv National Economic University.
