Avneet Singh

Avneet Singh is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in application development and web technologies. Currently serving as an Application Developer at GMS Health & Travel Insurance since July 2018, Avneet specializes in modernizing legacy systems into microservices using Java/Spring-Boot and addressing Kafka-related issues. Previously, as a Frontend Web Developer at SwaBz Systems Inc, Avneet managed content for SaskTel and hosted applications on WebSphere Application Server. Early career experiences include a role as a Software Testing Assistant with the Ontario Government, where automation testing was performed, and a Technical Support Executive position at Viom Networks, focusing on optimization and purchase management in telecommunications. Avneet holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
