Tammy Molino is the Vice President of Global Service at GMS Mobility. Tammy has over 8 years of experience in international assignment management and has been with GMS Mobility for over 3 years.

Tammy Molino started their career in October 2011 as an International Assignment Manager with Bristol Global Mobility. Tammy was responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of global mobility programs, providing consulting and counseling to human resources partners and relocating employees. During their time with Bristol Global Mobility, Tammy defined and created strategic process flows for daily operations, assignment and client management process to improve performance and optimize roles and responsibilities.

In May 2014, Tammy Molino joined GMS Mobility as the Vice President of Global Service. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of GMS Mobility’s international policies and programs, including policy counseling, cost estimates, assignment management, destination services, household goods shipments, intercultural services, home rental/purchase, immigration services, on-going assignment support and repatriation. Tammy also manages strategic partnerships and relationships with GMS Mobility’s human resources community and our global mobility partners.

Tammy Molino has a MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in Operations Management from Loyola University of Chicago. Tammy is also certified as a Certified Relocation Professional and GMS - Global Mobility Specialist from the Employee Relocation Council.

They are on a team with Jules Schultz - Director, Real Estate Services, John Fernandez - Executive Vice President, and Samantha Hoey - Senior VP, Business Development. Tammy Molino reports to Steven Wester, President .
