Imad Dahour

Imad Dahour serves as the Head of IT-Finance at GN Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include providing financial guidance for IT initiatives, driving budgeting processes, and collaborating with Investor Relations and M&A teams. Prior to this role, Imad held various positions at PwC France, including M&A Manager and Audit Manager, focusing on due diligence, financial integration, and compliance standards. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant to the Financial Controller at EDF, managing financial reporting and budget controls. Imad completed a double degree in Finance and Engineering at École des Mines de Saint-Étienne from 2013 to 2016 and has a background in project management through an internship at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
