Thomas Clement-Christensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas is currently the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at GN Group, where they aim to foster strong interpersonal relationships and create a more inclusive workplace. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Principal Consultant at Summit, where they helped clients develop leadership skills and personalized development programs. Thomas also held various HR roles at Coloplast, supporting different departments and driving performance and engagement initiatives. Thomas has experience in diversity strategy as the Diversity Solutions & Partnerships Director at Above & Beyond Group, and they have held HR leadership positions at Getinge, CfL Center for Ledelse, and LEO Pharma. In addition, Thomas has worked as a Management Advisor at CfL Center for Ledelse, an HR Manager at Deloitte Denmark, and an Area Sales Manager and HR Consultant at William Demant.

Thomas Clement-Christensen began their education at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 1994, where they pursued a first-year degree in Law. Thomas later switched their field of study to Psychology and obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university in 1998. Thomas continued their education at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and completed a cand. psych. (Master) degree in Psychology from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include certifications in Hogan Assessments, Hogan Judgement, Hogan Team Report, Hogan 360, and Hogan High Potential Talent Report from A&D Resources in September 2021. Thomas also holds a certification in LVI - Leadership Versatility Index® 360° from LEAD - enter next level, obtained in May 2022. Furthermore, Thomas has acquired certifications in several leadership and assessment tools, including Leadership Focus Profile, Leadership Architect, Saville Consulting 360 Performance, Leadership Equity Assessment, PAPI (Personality questionnaire), Problem-solving (Ability test), Element B (Behaviour focused questionnaire), Decision Dynamics Decision Styles™, JTI - Jungian Type Index, Decision Dynamics Career Model™, and Bidrag til Bedømmelse (BTB) (12 factor personality questionnaire) from various institutions such as CfL Center for Ledelse and Cubiks, with completion dates ranging from 2009 to 2015.

Additionally, Thomas has obtained certifications outside of their academic and professional field, including becoming a certified Football Referee from Dansk Boldspil-Union (DBU) in November 2022.
