Hari Rebala serves as the Chief of AI Solutions and Growth at gnani.ai since January 2025 and is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Forfend Cybernatics, where responsibilities include strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and customer engagement. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Hari has held significant roles including General Manager and Head of the BFSI Packages practice at Mindtree Ltd., where leadership over a team of 250 product specialists led to notable growth and client acquisition. Prior to that, Hari contributed as an Associate Director at Capgemini and excelled as a Senior Delivery Manager at Wipro, managing large teams and implementing innovative delivery models recognized with awards. Educational qualifications include a General Management program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MTech in Communication Systems from Pondicherry University.
