Troy Pearcy

Troy Pearcy has extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM consulting, focusing on upgrades, implementations, and functional support across various organizations. Currently, at GNC Consulting since August 2020, Troy specializes in the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Upgrade for the Port Authority of Allegheny County of Pittsburgh, handling tasks such as ACA reporting, benefit production support, and payroll troubleshooting. Previously, Troy served in multiple senior consultant roles for notable projects including ACA implementation for the City of Indianapolis and coaching various clients through PeopleSoft upgrades and configurations. Troy's career spans over two decades with a foundational background in accounting and budget analysis, having held positions at organizations such as WellPoint, Anthem, and St. Vincent Hospital. Troy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ball State University.
