Kourtney Goody Pace, MBA, is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in the financial and digital product sectors. Currently serving as Head of Design at GOBankingRates since September 2021, Kourtney leads a remote team focused on creating innovative digital solutions for prominent financial clients. Previous roles include UX Manager and Team Lead at Fiserv, where Kourtney was instrumental in enhancing user experiences, and Senior UX Designer at Tail Light, responsible for UX initiatives and visual identity development for consumer products.
