Chief Sales Officer (cso) - PAN India at GO DESi

Kumar PV has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. KUMAR started their career at RB as a Trainee and Area Sales Executive, where they handled sales and distribution in different regions. KUMAR then joined Henkel as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Trade Marketing Manager, and Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for distribution, visibility, and marketing strategies.

Afterwards, Kumar worked at Fareast Mercantile Co Ltd as a Market Strategy & Planning Manager, National Sales Manager, and Head of Retail & Modern Trade in West Africa. KUMAR successfully achieved company objectives and was the main point of contact for P&G in implementing trade and marketing initiatives.

Kumar then moved on to Cholayil Private Limited, where they held positions such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Head of Sales for India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. KUMAR developed and implemented sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Next, they joined CavinKare as the General Manager and Head of Sales, responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and trade marketing programs.

Most recently, Kumar worked at Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (Coimbatore) Ltd. as a Group Vice President, driving brand and business strategic priorities and ensuring sound financial management practices.

In the future, Kumar will be joining GO DESi as the Chief Sales Officer and President. KUMAR'sresponsibilities will include expanding offline channels in India and managing sales, business development, product launch, team building, and financial discipline.

Throughout their career, Kumar has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth and achieve financial goals.

Kumar PV's education history includes various programs and degrees from esteemed institutions. In 1980, they completed their AISSCE degree in Economics & Commerce at Kendriya Vidyalaya. From 1993 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honors in Accounting at the Department of Management Studies, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. From 2000 to 2002, Kumar obtained a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Sales & Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In 2016, they completed a Management Development Program in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Lastly, in 2018, they participated in the Management Development Program: Organizational Leadership for the 21st Century at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, specializing in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations.
