Ren Barrus

Ren Barrus serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Go Fast Campers since February 2025, where responsibilities include aligning customer experience initiatives with company goals and managing various operational teams. Previously, Ren held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience and Circularity Operations at Cotopaxi, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational sustainability, while also contributing to the Cotopaxi Foundation as a board member. Ren has a diverse background in customer experience roles at Cotopaxi, emphasizing team unity and employee-first strategies. Additionally, Ren's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Mountain Light Creative, which aims to help businesses articulate their brand stories. With a BA in Adventure and Outdoor Programs from the University of Utah, Ren has also participated in outdoor education and guiding roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership and customer engagement in various settings.
