Gordana Warga

Gordana Warga currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for The Gsell Group at Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities include driving business strategy, enhancing marketing initiatives, and streamlining operations within a recognized asset management team. Concurrently, Gordana holds the position of Chief Experience Officer at Customer First Advisory, LLC, focusing on improving customer experience for SaaS companies. As an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Council, involvement includes applying expertise to support innovation and best practices in customer engagement. Additional roles include serving as a Fractional CXO at Go Fractional and an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions at Meta, Kustomer, TRG Screen, Reval, and Capital IQ, where contributions significantly improved customer support and operational efficiencies.
