Bree Wysocki, MBA

Bree Wysocki, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bree is currently working as a Senior People Partner at tms, where they started in May 2023. At the same time, they are also an intern in Social Work/Counseling/Psychotherapy at Authentic Growth Wellness Group.

In addition to their current roles, Bree has experience as a Balloon Designer at Be Breezy Balloons, starting in March 2023. Bree creates balloon decor for various events in the Chicagoland area.

In 2020, they founded Beautifully EmpowHERed, a feminine goods store aimed at empowering women. Bree also designed a community to network and empower one another. Bree presented keynotes on empowerment topics to organizations and corporations.

Prior to their current roles, Bree gained experience as an MSW 1st Year Social Work Intern at RS EDEN from August 2022 to April 2023.

Bree's earlier work experience includes roles at Salesforce, where they worked as a Senior Talent Partner, Global Career Development from October 2021 to March 2023. Bree also served as an Employee Relations Consultant from June 2021 to October 2021 and as an Internal Business Talent Partner from August 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining Salesforce, Bree worked at Deloitte as a Senior Campus Recruiter from May 2016 to August 2019. Bree was responsible for recruiting campus talent during this time. Prior to Deloitte, they worked as an Operations and Sales Recruiter at Breakthru Beverage Group from August 2015 to May 2016, and as an Event Manager at Hub Group from November 2014 to August 2015.

Bree's earlier experience also includes a role as an Account Manager at Becker Professional Education from September 2013 to November 2014.

Bree Wysocki, MBA has a diverse education background, including a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Aurora University, which they pursued from 2022 to 2024. Bree also holds a Talent Acquisition and Planning Certificate from Cornell University. Bree completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Bree also studied abroad at IES Abroad in Barcelona, Spain. Bree completed their high school education at Naperville Central High School.

In addition to their formal education, Bree has obtained several certifications. Bree is a UPW Graduate from Tony Robbins Mastery University, a Trailhead Ranger from Salesforce, and a Talent Acquisition Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
