Svetlana currently holds the position of Head of HR and Recruitment at Go Interactive, where they are responsible for updating and designing hiring processes, managing and developing a team of recruiters, and working with senior executives to improve recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Svetlana held various recruitment roles at companies such as NeoGames, Dev-Pro.net, Innovecs, Intellectsoft, Levi9 Ukraine, Magento, and DAXX.
