Phương Nguyễn is an experienced professional in operations and management with a strong background in driver operations, seller performance, and marketing. As the Driver Operations Manager at Gojek since January 2022, Phương manages driver recruitment, training, and inventory for efficient operation. Previous roles include Seller Operation Solution Manager at TIKI Corporation, where performance management and process optimization were central responsibilities, and Product & Operations Management Specialist at EcoTruck, focusing on operational coordination and user requirement analysis.
