Dhananjay Kadlag

Dhananjay Kadlag has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dhananjay currently holds the position of Senior Director, Testing Practice at Go-Live Faster since September 2021. Previously, they worked at Fiserv as the Director, Testing and TCOE Leader from February 2018 until August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects including product testing delivery leadership, continuous integration and testing, automation implementation, and test automation from unit testing to production deployment validations.

Prior to Fiserv, Dhananjay worked at Capgemini in various roles including Director - Digital Testing Delivery Manager, Director - Test Delivery Management, Testing COE Head / Delivery Management, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager. Dhananjay'sresponsibilities included delivery management, test delivery, and leading a testing center of excellence.

Before Capgemini, Dhananjay gained experience at Kanbay as a Test Manager, Testing Team Lead, Onsite Coordinator, and Team Member. Dhananjay also worked at Cybage as a Senior QA Engineer and at SKF as a Graduate Engineering Trainee.

Dhananjay Kadlag completed their education from 1995 to 1999 at COEP Technological University, where they obtained a degree in Production Engineering.
