Pradnya Rajput

Pradnya Rajput has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Pradnya is currently serving as the Director-HR at Go-Live Faster since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EVERSANA as an Associate Director - Human Resources from October 2020 to June 2021.

From October 2017 to October 2020, Pradnya held the position of Director Human Resources at Inventive SMi. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner Lead at Capgemini from November 2014 to October 2017.

Pradnya also has experience as a Sr Manager - HR at QEDbaton from September 2013 to October 2014, where they were responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives.

Pradnya started their career as an Assistant Manager - Recruitment at Syntel KPO from July 2011 to April 2012, where they managed high volume recruitment for a business unit of over 5000 employees. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager - HR at QED Baton from January 2010 to August 2011.

Pradnya's early career involved working as a Lead - resourcing at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd from July 2007 to August 2009, where they were part of IBM's BPO delivery network and provided comprehensive services across the BPO landscape.

Pradnya Rajput completed a Certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM - C (Indian Institute of Management - Calcutta) from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis Institute between 2008 and 2010. Pradnya'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in English from Pune University, which they attained from 2004 to 2007.
