Roy Stansbury is a senior organizational leader with extensive experience as an advisor and organizational consultant, building and leading teams and providing consulting, technology and outsourcing services to start-ups, mid-size and global companies.

Over the years, Roy has developed a great global perspective and strong capability for managing organizations and personnel across cultures by living and working across Asia, Australia, Europe, India, Africa and North America. Roy has also been an integral part of Capgemini’s global leadership when Kanbay was acquired to form the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit.

He draws on extensive experience in building and scaling cross-cultural teams, and balances value and cost to deliver results that exceed expectations.
