Mark Moran

Mark Moran serves as the General Counsel at G/O Media, a premium digital publishing company, where successful negotiation of the sale of seven websites has been a recent highlight. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at LivePerson, assisting in the management of complex issues and negotiating the largest commercial agreement in the company's history. As a Corporate Lawyer from 2007 to 2018, Mark provided strategic guidance to entrepreneurs on various business matters, representing notable clients such as XpertSavers and Digital Media Training. Mark also served as EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at 24/7 Real Media US Inc, managing global legal affairs and overseeing the IPO process. Mark's early career included roles as a Corporate Associate at Proskauer Rose and as Financial Controller at The Bank of New York. Mark holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
