Nigel Featham

Nigel Featham is an experienced transportation executive currently serving as Managing Director for Go North East since September 2022 and for Go North West since September 2019. Nigel has effectively led the growth of the Go-Ahead Group in both regions, overseeing a workforce of 1,800 in the North East and 650 in the North West, while managing substantial bus operations. Prior to joining Go North Groups, Nigel held the position of Regional Managing Director at Arriva Group from May 2008 to August 2019, where strategic leadership was provided for multiple subsidiaries operating over 900 buses. From 1999 to 2008, Nigel managed Warrington's Own Buses, significantly enhancing its profitability and operational efficiency. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Lancashire, a Master's degree in Transport Economics (MA) from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Leeds.
