Andreas Gustavsson has extensive work experience in various roles within the logistics and supply chain industry. Andreas is currently working as the Global Sourcing & Procurement Manager at Go North Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Adnavem, starting as an Operations Specialist in June 2018. At Adnavem, they played a key role in building the supplier network and ensuring operational readiness. Andreas then progressed to the position of Operations Manager, where they managed teams in China and Sweden and was responsible for all suppliers in the Adnavem marketplace. Andreas also worked as a Bunker Trader at Stena Oil, facilitating sales of bunker oil and related products. Additionally, they gained experience as a Flygspeditör (Air Freight Specialist) at Hecksher Linieagenturer AB during their internship at Chalmers University.

Andreas Gustavsson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sjöfart & Logistik from Chalmers University of Technology, graduating in 2011. In the same year, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Hawaii Pacific University, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Management. Andreas then pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and new venture creation at Lund University from 2011 to 2012.
