Andreas Gustavsson

Andreas Gustavsson has extensive work experience in various roles within the logistics and supply chain industry. Andreas is currently working as the Global Sourcing & Procurement Manager at Go North Group since August 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Adnavem, starting as an Operations Specialist in June 2018. At Adnavem, they played a key role in building the supplier network and ensuring operational readiness. Andreas then progressed to the position of Operations Manager, where they managed teams in China and Sweden and was responsible for all suppliers in the Adnavem marketplace. In August 2021, they were promoted to Head of North Europe, overseeing sales, marketing, and operations for the region.

Before joining Adnavem, Andreas worked at TTS Marine AB as a Logistics Responsible from February 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they developed and executed the supply chain strategy and provided advisory support to the sales department. Andreas also gained experience as a Freight Specialist at Panalpina, where they handled transports and optimized deliveries to customers.

Prior to their career in logistics, Andreas had various employments and entrepreneurial ventures. From 2008 to 2019, they ran their own companies under HMA Innovation AB and was responsible for managing volunteers at major events in Gothenburg. Andreas also worked as a Bunker Trader at Stena Oil, facilitating sales of bunker oil and related products. Additionally, they gained experience as a Flygspeditör (Air Freight Specialist) at Hecksher Linieagenturer AB during their internship at Chalmers University.

Andreas Gustavsson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sjöfart & Logistik from Chalmers University of Technology, graduating in 2011. In the same year, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at Hawaii Pacific University, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Management. Andreas then pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and new venture creation at Lund University from 2011 to 2012.
