Mark Leeuwesteijn has over 5 years of work experience. In 2015, they were the Chief Operating Officer at CityTijger Travel BV. In 2017, they took on the role of Operations Lead Travel at Paylogic International (SeeTickets), where they were responsible for the efficient and successful operation of the Paylogic Travel start-up. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at TravelBerry. In 2020, they began working at iConneqt | E-mailmarketing Automation, where they were the Project Manager Scrum Master and Accountmanager ICT. Mark was responsible for selling the ICT product (platform) to potential customers, advising existing customers, offering customer support in areas such as optimization processes, various customer journey flows, SPLIT testing, engagement, deliverability, DKIM and optimizing templates. Mark also began working at GO Sharing, where they were the Tender Project Manager & Juridisch, Capability Manager Customer Support, and International Customer Service Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for the efficient and successful functioning of the entire international Customer service team. Mark completed the transition from Freshdesk to Zendesk at the beginning of 2021 to be able to realize international expansion and set up the processes for this step in such a way that they could serve every country.
Mark Leeuwesteijn is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Laws - LLB program at Open Universiteit, studying Nederlands Recht. Mark has previously studied Nederlandse taal- en letterkunde at LOI, Corporate Communication at NTI, Manager toerisme / Toeristisch management at De Rooi Pannen, and Information and Communication Technology at Da Vinci College Dordrecht.
