Arwal Dhar has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Business Development Intern at Oxigen, where they successfully onboarded clients. Arwal then worked as a Member of the Placement Cell at LSR, assisting in building student careers. In 2015, they joined Nestlé as a Graduate Trainee, focusing on enhancing the company's employer brand and executing campus branding campaigns. Arwal then moved to Essence, where they worked as a Digital Account Executive and later as a Senior Account Executive, planning and executing digital media campaigns for Google. Arwal achieved significant results in user segmentation, watch time growth, and reduced cost per acquisition. Arwal further expanded their marketing expertise at Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. as a Social Media Marketing Consultant, McCormick & Company as a Digital and E-commerce Marketing Manager, and Samsung Electronics as an Area Business Manager. Currently, Arwal works at Yubi as an Associate Director, leading brand marketing efforts, including rebranding projects, brand partnerships, and campaign launches.
Arwal Dhar completed their high school education at Delhi Public School in Gurgaon in 2011-2012. Arwal then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, Finance, and HR at Lady Shri Ram College for Women from 2012 to 2015. In 2018-2019, they attended the Indian School of Business, where they obtained a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they earned certifications in Introduction to Digital Marketing from Simplilearn in April 2016 and Google Adwords and Video Advertising from Google in June 2016.
