Harish Biyani

Harish Biyani has a solid work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Harish has been working as the Deputy Vice President, Institutional Business at Yubi since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at EY as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services from April 2017 to August 2018. Harish also served as an Assistant Manager in Transaction Advisory services at Grant Thornton India LLP from April 2015 to March 2017 and as a Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services from April 2014 to April 2015. Harish started their career at KPMG as an Executive in Risk Advisory from January 2012 to July 2013. Harish also gained experience as a Team Leader at R. S Khandewal & Associates from June 2011 to November 2011 and as a Chartered Accountant at R.S Khandelwal & Associates from October 2007 to April 2011. Throughout their career, Harish has demonstrated proficiency in financial due diligence, project execution, internal control systems, and audit procedures.

Harish Biyani completed their education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2007 to 2011, earning a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a focus on financial management, financial reporting, audit, and direct tax laws. In 2013, they pursued a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 1 certification, specializing in equity analysis, corporate finance, and fixed income securities. Additionally, they obtained a B.com degree in accountancy and finance from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics from 2009 to 2010. Harish Biyani also has additional certifications in advanced financial modeling from EduPristine and general management and communication skills from the Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research.
