  • Work together with our implementation teams – continuously ensuring we ‘pitching the possible’ and teams are briefed about incoming work
  • Recommend and where needed, implement, process improvement as we adapt and scale the pre-sale's function – calling on your experience of what works
  • Participate in cross-functional retrospectives to review win/lose rate and identify areas of improvements across all teams
  • Collaborate with Go1 product and engineering teams – bring the voice of the customer into roadmap and feature planning where possible (use your data)
  • Articulate the optimal solution for the customers and own the architecture solution
  • 3-5 years technical experience in either a solution design or technical pre-sale's role
  • Considerable experience operating within an ecosystem of products and partner platforms where shared solutions are developed
