Caroline Arora has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. In their current position at Blinkist as the VP of People and Culture, they lead the strategic agenda for employee experience, internal communications, and culture. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at WorkTripp. Caroline also worked as an HR Consultant and Head of People at Calibrate Consulting, where they provided consultancy services in data analytics, consulting, and finance. Caroline also had their own consultancy firm, Arora Business Consultancy Ltd. Caroline held the role of People Director at The Hoxby Collective, a curated community of freelance associates. Caroline's experience at Serco includes roles such as Employee Engagement Director and HR Director for Corporate Functions and Home Affairs and Health. Caroline also worked as an Interim HR Director for Operations and as an HR Business Partner. Before that, Caroline was an HR Business Partner at Alliance and Leicester (now part of Santander). Caroline Arora has a diverse education history that spans several years and areas of study. Caroline began their higher education journey in 1999 at the University of Warwick, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology and Social Policy. Following this, Caroline attended the University of Westminster from 2003 to 2005, earning their MA in Personnel Development.
Caroline's educational pursuits continued in 2006 at Leicester College, where they studied Spanish and obtained a GCSE qualification. Caroline then attended Queenswood School from 1997 to 1999, focusing on A-Levels. Prior to that, they studied at Dame Alice Owens School from 1992 to 1997, completing their GCSEs.
In 2012, Caroline returned to education, this time at Farnborough College of Technology, where they pursued a Level 2 Introduction to Counselling Skills certificate. Caroline followed this with a Level 3 - Introduction to Counselling Studies program at the same institution in 2013 and 2014.
Caroline's pursuit of knowledge continued in 2018 when they obtained a Level 2 Diploma in Gym Instruction from Study Active, specializing in Fitness, Health, and Wellbeing. More recently, in 2020, they received training in Agile Project Management (Foundations) from APMG International.
In addition to their formal education, Caroline Arora has also obtained several certifications. Caroline became an Associate Coach through EMCC Global in November 2022 and earned the title of Fellow of the ILM, conferred by ILM, in the same month and year. Furthermore, they obtained a Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors (8589-21) from ILM in October 2022.
