Isabella Sharman-Firth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Isabella began their career at Telstra, where they held various roles from September 2009 to October 2012. Isabella then worked at Fitness First Australia as a Sales Manager from November 2013 to March 2015, and later as an Assistant Club Manager from March 2015 to October 2015.
Isabella joined Careers Australia in November 2015 as a Telesales Manager and transitioned to an Operations Management role. During their time at Careers Australia, they established and led a new team, designed and facilitated training, and managed employee engagement and retention. Isabella'stenure at Careers Australia lasted until June 2017.
In 2017, Isabella joined Superloop as a People and Culture Partner. Isabella was responsible for various aspects of the employment lifecycle, including resourcing, policy, engagement, and development opportunities. Isabella actively participated in workplace change, including managing acquisitions and integrating ways of working. Isabella held this role until December 2021.
Following their time at Superloop, Isabella joined Clearco as a People & Culture Business Partner from December 2021 to February 2022.
In May 2022, Isabella became the Director of Equity & Accessibility at Out for Australia, a role they held until September 2022.
Currently, Isabella holds the position of Organizational Development Partner at Go1, starting in February 2022. Isabella will transition to the role of Director, People Experience in July 2023.
Throughout their career, Isabella has demonstrated expertise in people and culture, organizational development, team management, training, and recruitment.
Isabella Sharman-Firth earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from RMIT University in 2018-2019. In 2016, they completed a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Careers Australia. Isabella obtained an Associate Degree in Law from Southern Cross University during 2010-2013. Isabella also received a Higher School Certificate from Trinity Catholic College Lismore from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2021.
