Jerard Koon

Jerard Koon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jerard is currently working at Go1 as the Vice President of Content, overseeing a global team and managing strategy, operations, partnerships, and licensing. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Content Strategy and Partnerships at Go1.

Jerard also has experience as an Independent Advisor, where they provided strategic advice to companies on various topics such as market assessments, strategy development, fundraising, and investor selection.

Before becoming an Independent Advisor, Jerard worked at Airwallex as the Associate Director of Strategy, leading the APAC Platform Strategy team and handling product strategy, commercial strategy, and global partnerships. Jerard also held positions as a Senior Strategy Manager and Strategy Manager at Airwallex, where they focused on scaling sales efforts globally and delivering global strategies.

Earlier in their career, Jerard spent several years at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as an Engagement Manager, Associate, and Business Analyst. Jerard worked on projects in various industries across multiple regions, gaining experience in strategy, sales, operations, procurement, and transformations.

Jerard's work experience also includes internships at ExxonMobil as a Process Engineer and at The Mancala Group as a Chemical Engineer. Jerard also served as a Research Intern at the Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication.

Jerard Koon attended Monash University from 2009 to 2014 and completed a Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science degree.
